THE INTENTION PACK

Each card in this pack suggests an Attitude that you Intentionally embrace for the day. It sounds theoretical and simply a mental exercise, but in fact, it’s very energetically designed. An attitude carries with it a particular energy, or in other words, a frequency. Every thought or emotion plays out within the endocrine system and will alter the body chemistry, nervous system response, and areas of the brain one has access to. Think of how your body feels when you get riled up and then how the feeling changes when you’re able to calm yourself down. Your body registers what attitude you have. You CAN choose your attitude and in and of itself, beyond the use in the Oracle Cards, so it’s good practice in how to shift your attitude at will.

For each card, take a moment to read the description and call up any memory that resonates with the description. If you don’t have one, imagine what it might feel like. If you know someone who DOES carry that attitude, intentionally mimic them until you get a feel for what that energy feels like and embody it. Notice the posture associated with that attitude and deliberately alter yours to fit that. Your intention focuses the energy, so this is a very vital and vibrant part of the 3-card process.

TIPS TO MAKE THE MOST OF THIS PACK

  1. Get physical! Use breath and body posture to help feel the energy associated with the attitude you’re intentionally choosing. Is there a stance or movement you can use to anchor this feeling state into your body?

  2. Use your imagination! What colors, clothes, and jewelry do you associate with it? Wear them!

  3. If you work with spirit guides or angels, ask for their help to maintain it and deepen it throughout the day.

  4. Set a timer or create a ‘touch point’ during your day to remind you to return to the chosen attitudinal energy. It can be when you eat, go to the bathroom, every time you are about to interact with someone or something you come up with that happens at intervals throughout your day.
